The felt shell of CC600 and 700 are manufactured entirely from 100% recycled material. This sustainable sheet shell is mainly made of plastic bottle waste and the waste of clothes or felt remnants. Collected materials are sorted into each color, and shredded or pulped to break them down into small fibers. These fibers become the felt sheet by repeatedly piercing with special needles.
After pressing and drying the felt sheet, it becomes a hard board that is ready to be molded into the seat shape. Molding the felt board into the seat shape, recycled material finally turns into the sheet shell of CC600 and 700.

The felt shell is constructed with three layers, incorporating two types of felt sheets. One functions as a solid inner layer of the shell, while the other, a soft black felt sheet, contributes to the gentle and comfortable texture of the shell. With these two types of felt sheets, we designed the CC600 and 700 to ensure a durable structure and a casual appearance that suits various spaces, from lounges to casual office settings.

The sustainability of both the felt shell and seat pad was a priority in the chair's design. Its fabric adheres to 'circular economy' principles, utilizing unused fibers, remnants, discarded clothes, and fabrics for furniture production. These materials undergo a process of collection, shredding into tiny pieces, and repurposing to create brand new fabric.
The pad incorporates chip urethane foam derived from recycled materials, reducing the need for unused raw materials. Additionally, the pad is shaped through heat molding using eco-friendly hot glue sheets. With this environmentally conscious adhesive, the pad can significantly minimize its environmental impact.
